Key Responsibilities Retail Store Job in Waterloo

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and Buying Assistants
• Support the sales team by preparing for meetings and creating presentation materials, including decks and reports
• Accurately prepare, process, and enter sales orders
• Respond to Waterloo customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct market research and assist with competitor analysis as needed
• Coordinate market planning and logistics, including appointment scheduling and showroom setup
• Track, manage, and organize samples, ensuring efficient inbound and outbound processes
• Maintain the showroom for seasonal markets, ensuring samples are organized and visually presented
• Assist with ongoing sales reporting and operational support

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with Waterloo clients and internal teams
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with sales or order management software is a plus
• Basic understanding of retail math and sales reporting
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 (based on experience and role requirements)
